1. By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service weather you read them or not.
2. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
3. You will only use the our website in a manner which follows all agreements made with all the social media websites on their individual Terms of Service page.
4. Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
5. We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
6. We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.

GBB Panel Terms of Use

These GBB Panel Terms of Use are entered into between you (referred to herein as "you" or "your") and the GBB Panel operators (as defined below). By accessing, downloading, using, or clicking "I agree" for any GBB Panel Services (as defined below) provided by GBB Panel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use (collectively, these "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy available at www.GBBPanel.com/en/privacy. Additionally, when using certain features of our Services, you might also be subject to specific supplementary terms and conditions.

Please review these Terms carefully, as they govern your use of GBB Panel Services. THESE TERMS INCLUDE IMPORTANT PROVISIONS, INCLUDING AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT REQUIRES ALL CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH LEGALLY BINDING ARBITRATION. BY USING GBB PANEL SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (1) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND ITS RELATED ACTIVITIES; (2) YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF GBB PANEL SERVICES AND DIGITAL MARKETING TRANSACTIONS; AND (3) GBB PANEL SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH RISKS OR NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES.

By accessing or attempting to use any GBB Panel Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using GBB Panel Services.

GBB Terms of Services

1. Internal Order Conflict  

• You are allowed only one active order per service type for each link.  
• For instance, you cannot simultaneously place two orders for Telegram members on your channel. Wait for the first order to finish before placing a subsequent one.  
• Always verify that there isn't another active order for that link; otherwise, your new order will be canceled.

2. External Order Interference  

• Do not initiate another order—whether on this platform or any external site—when an open order already exists for a specific link. Without this precaution, it becomes difficult to troubleshoot issues should they arise.

3. Incorrect Order Link  

• If you submit an incorrect link or one that is formatted improperly, the order will immediately be set to a completed status, and the amount charged will not be refunded to your balance.

4. Prohibited Topics  

• Should you place an order concerning prohibited topics (as specified in the general user agreement), your order may appear as completed but will be rejected on the platform. Additionally, the service fee will be deducted from your account, and the order will not be trackable or refundable.

5. Cancellation Option  

• Only those services offering a cancellation feature can be canceled, under the conditions outlined in their respective service description.  
• If a service does not have a cancellation option, you cannot cancel the order unless it is finished or is automatically canceled. Note that a slow completion time is not considered a valid reason for cancellation.

6. Reminder Regarding Service Description  

• All details provided in the service description—such as start time, speed, etc.—are estimates.  
• These details may vary or fluctuate at the time of your order due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations imposed by the social media network involved.

7. GBB Panel Updates  

• Any notification or status update regarding the services on the GBB Panel platform or via the Telegram channel @GBBPanel_update shall take precedence over the current service description.  
• Always consider these updates as having a higher priority when evaluating the service.

8. Cancellation and Refund  

• If the chosen service includes a cancel button or offers cancellation as described, you may request to cancel the order.  
• Should the order not be completed within the time specified in the service description, you can file a cancellation and refund request through a support ticket. Note that channel update notifications form part of the service description; in such cases, any applicable charges will be deducted from the refund, with the remainder returned to your account. Ensure that your cancellation request is submitted before the order is finalized.  
• If an order was made in error or if the delivered service specifications don’t match what you selected (excluding factors like execution speed, start time, and drop rate), you may request cancellation and a refund.  
• If your support ticket regarding an order goes unanswered for over 24 hours, you are eligible to request that the order be canceled and the charged amount reimbursed.  
• If the link provided during order placement is wrong or is changed afterwards, the order will be corrupted in the system. Such orders are automatically marked as completed or canceled without execution, and the charged amount may not be returned. They also cannot be tracked. Always double-check the link before ordering and refrain from editing it until the order is complete. This policy also applies to orders with extended delivery times, such as Telegram autoview orders.  
• Placing multiple orders for similar services on the same link at the same time might lead to the automatic cancellation or completion of these orders. In such cases, the charged amount may not be refunded, and tracking is disabled. Ensure that only one active order per service exists for a particular link—wait until the first order is fully resolved before placing another.  
• The cancellation window is up to 12 hours from the time the order is registered. If the order is completed on the server before this period, a refund will not be possible.  
• Cancellation requests due to slow service or delayed start times are valid only if such delays were not previously indicated in the service description or in official information channels.  
• Cancellation for a delayed start is acceptable only if the order is either in processing or pending; otherwise, the request will be denied.  
• Orders placed incorrectly (such as using a wrong link or choosing an inappropriate service) cannot be canceled.  
• You have up to 6 hours after the order reaches its final status (whether canceled, partially completed, or completed) to lodge any complaints regarding the specifications or quality of the service. Requests submitted beyond this time frame will not be considered.  
• All cancellation or refund requests must be supported by complete documentation; without proper documentation, the request will not be reviewed.  
• It is solely the user’s responsibility to avoid placing similar or multiple orders for any specific link—both on this platform or elsewhere—or orders from unauthorized sources. Support and follow-up cannot be provided for such cases.

9. Refills  

• Refills do not make up for previous drops in your followers, members, likes, subscribers, or similar metrics. For orders with a high initial count, the refill option may not work effectively.  
• If your current count (followers, members, likes, subscribers, etc.) falls below the initial count specified in your order, the refill feature will be disabled.  
• Should the auto-refill function or the manual refill button fail to operate, please submit a support ticket along with any required documentation.  
• Certain services offer two types of drop guarantees: one with a time limit (such as 7 days, 14 days, etc.) and another with a quantity limit (for example, up to 5 or 10 times the order amount). Always review the service description carefully.  
• When a service includes a guarantee, the number of warranty days is determined from the start of the order rather than its completion. This means, if you use a service with a 3‑day guarantee and the order takes longer than 3 days to complete for any reason, drops may occur during processing, and GBB Panel will not be held responsible. Each service description provides an estimated processing time, and any updates shared via our Telegram channels or other official notifications take precedence over these estimates.  
• At least 24 hours must pass after the order’s completion before a refill request can be submitted.  
• To place a reorder for a specific link, please ensure that any previous refill process for that link has fully concluded.  
• The link provided with your order must not have experienced any drops in followers or subscribers before the order was placed. If such a drop has occurred prior to ordering, the refill request will not be accepted. You must also provide a screenshot of your channel or page analytics covering the period from one month before your order date up to the time of the refill request.

10. Hebrew  

• If a group or channel uses Hebrew in its name or content, please note that Telegram enforces strict policies regarding the use of Hebrew. Consequently, orders placed for these channels or groups may not be fulfilled. If you plan to order for a channel or group with Hebrew content, please consult with us beforehand.

11. Drop  

• For groups or channels that use Hebrew in their name or content, Telegram's strict policies may result in your order not being completed. Please reach out to us with any questions prior to placing an order for such channels or groups.  
• Each service provides an estimated drop rate. Typically, a low drop rate is between 5% to 20%, a medium drop rate ranges from 20% to 50%, and an excessive drop rate is estimated between 50% and 100%. These figures are approximations and can vary based on your account or channel circumstances, the current state of the social media network, and other influencing factors.  
• The estimates regarding drop rates are based solely on the service's past performance, and as such, GBB Panel is not responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in these estimates.

GBB Terms of Payments

1. General Considerations
   These payment “Terms & Conditions” apply to your use of Cryptocurrencies as your selected payment method. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using crypto gateways as your method of payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions contained in the GBB Panel Website Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the GBB Panel Website Terms of Use with respect to crypto transactions, the GBB Panel Platform Terms & Conditions shall prevail. If you do not agree with all of these Terms & Conditions, please do not select the specified gateway or network as your payment method.

The Crypto Payment methods available on the GBB Panel platform include two approaches:
a. Crypto Payment Gateways
b. Crypto Manual Payments

1. Manual Payment
   a. In the manual method, before making a payment, verify that the chosen payment method is still active on the website and available among the listed portals and payment networks in the add funds section.
   b. After a successful manual payment, you must send your payment information through a support ticket on the GBB Panel platform. We will then verify the validity of your transaction, and your balance will be credited accordingly.
   c. To confirm payments, you are required to submit the information requested by GBB Panel. Please note that the required information may change over time or under different conditions, and the user is responsible for providing all items as requested.
   d. You have 72 hours after the payment to send the required information to GBB Panel support. If the information is not provided within this deadline, GBB Panel will not approve your payment. Please be sure to adhere to the 72‑hour deadline.
2. Payment Gateway
   When using payment gateway methods (such as Coinbase, CoinPayments, etc.), the completion time of the payment process depends on that gateway’s network structure. Once the payment process is completed, it will be automatically confirmed on the GBB Panel platform.
3. Recharge Balance Range
   Within the add funds section of the GBB Panel platform, there is a specified minimum and maximum recharge amount for each payment method. Before initiating any transaction, please ensure that the payment amount falls within the stipulated range. GBB Panel will not be held responsible for any issues that arise if the recharge amount is outside this range.
4. Recharge Payment
   Please consider the following guidelines when making crypto payments and recharging your balance:
   a. When copying and pasting the GBB Panel wallet address on your wallet’s send page, ensure that the address exactly matches the one provided on the GBB Panel platform to avoid phishing scams.
   b. Before completing the payment process, verify that the input address matches the current wallet address shown on the platform (as wallet addresses may change). Payments sent to an outdated GBB Panel wallet address will not be confirmed, and any resulting issues will be your responsibility.
   c. While executing a crypto payment, pay careful attention to the selected network. Choose the specified network for the transfer to ensure that your payment is properly received on the GBB Panel platform.
   d. GBB Panel is not responsible for any errors or issues that may occur during payments made through crypto payment gateways or any crypto transfer networks. For such issues, you should follow up with the support team of the relevant payment gateway.
5. Refund
   Funds may be returned from your GBB Panel account balance under the following circumstances:
   a. If the order delivery takes more than 14 days beyond the time announced in the description of the service, you have the right to request a refund of the remaining balance in your account. (Please note that verification of this issue requires the submission of complete documentation, and the review process may take one to two weeks. Also, consider that any updated announcements on the website or the GBB Panel Telegram channel form part of the service description and take precedence.)
   b. If your account has been inactive for more than four months, you can submit a balance refund request during the week before or the week after the account expiration.
   d. Please exercise caution when specifying the payment amount. If the wrong amount is transferred, the payment cannot be refunded.
6. Referral
   a. If you utilize referral codes, your account must remain active in order to be eligible to withdraw referral earnings. Should your account be inactive for more than one month, referral income will not be accessible.
   b. To have access to the earnings obtained from your referrals, a minimum of $10 must be added to your account at least once per month. If not, the referral income will remain inaccessible.
   c. In order to maintain a fair referral program, please act honestly when acquiring referrals. If any dishonest behavior is detected, both your account and the accounts of your referrals will be blocked immediately without prior notice or explanation, and your balance will be frozen and rendered inaccessible.

GBB User Agreements

1. General Provisions

a. Contractual Relationship
These Terms constitute a legal agreement and create a binding contract between you and GBB Panel Operators.

b. Supplementary Terms
Due to the rapid evolution of Social Media Platforms and GBB Panel, these Terms between you and GBB Panel Operators do not list every right and obligation of the parties and may not fully cover needs arising from future developments. Therefore, the Privacy Policy, GBB Panel Platform Rules, and all other agreements entered into separately between you and GBB Panel are deemed supplementary terms that are an integral part of these Terms and shall have the same legal effect. Your use of GBB Panel services will be taken as your acceptance of these supplementary terms.

c. Changes to These Terms
GBB Panel reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at its discretion at any time. GBB Panel will notify you of such changes by updating the Terms on its website and revising the [Last Revised] date shown on this page. All modifications or changes to these Terms become effective upon publication on the website or notification to users. Therefore, your continued use of GBB Panel services will be considered acceptance of the modified agreement and rules. If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, you must stop using GBB Panel services immediately. It is recommended that you review these Terms frequently so that you remain informed about the conditions governing your access to and use of GBB Panel services.

d. Prohibition of Use
By accessing and using GBB Panel services, you represent and warrant that you have not been involved in any criminal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, crimes such as violence, sexual abuse, discrimination, undeclared work, burglary, cybercrimes, youth crimes, human smuggling, human trafficking, drug-related crimes, arms trafficking, illegal possession of firearms, cannabis cultivation, fraud, real estate crimes, benefit fraud, exploitation of illegal or undeclared workers, crimes at traveler sites, theft, and any behavior or act that is punishable by law. GBB Panel reserves the right to select markets and jurisdictions in which it operates and may, at its discretion, restrict or refuse the provision of GBB Panel services in certain countries or regions.

2. About GBB Panel

As an integral part of the GBB Panel Ecosystem, GBB Panel is primarily a global online platform for Digital Marketing Assets. It provides users with a social media marketing platform, technical services, and other services related to digital assets. As further explained in Article 3 below, users must register for an account with GBB Panel and deposit digital assets into their account prior to engaging in social media marketing.

While GBB Panel is committed to keeping the information provided through its services as accurate as possible, GBB Panel cannot and does not guarantee that such information is accurate, applicable, reliable, complete, or appropriate. GBB Panel shall not be liable for any loss or damage—whether directly or indirectly—that may result from your use of this information. Information regarding GBB Panel services may change without notice; its primary purpose is to help users make independent decisions. GBB Panel does not provide investment or consulting advice of any kind and is not responsible for how any information published on its platform or other communication channels is used or interpreted. All users of GBB Panel services must understand the inherent risks involved in digital marketing and are advised to exercise prudence and engage in marketing activities responsibly within their individual capabilities.

3. GBB Panel Account Registration and Requirements

a. Registration
All Users must apply for a GBB Panel Account at (https://gbbpanel.com/signup) before using GBB Panel Services. When you register a GBB Panel Account, you must provide the information specified in this paragraph 3 or any other information requested by GBB Panel, and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other GBB Panel Platform Rules. GBB Panel may, in its discretion, refuse to open a GBB Panel Account for you. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when opening a GBB Panel Account, and to update any such information promptly as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Each User—whether an individual, business, or legal entity—may maintain only one primary account at any given time.

b. Eligibility
By registering to use a GBB Panel Account, you represent and warrant that: (i) as an individual, you are at least 18 years old or are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law; (ii) as an individual, legal person, or other organization, you have full legal capacity and sufficient authority to enter into these Terms; (iii) you have not previously been suspended or removed from using the GBB Panel Platform or GBB Panel Services; (iv) you do not already have an existing GBB Panel Account; (v) if you act as an employee or agent of a legal entity and enter into these Terms on that entity’s behalf, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authorizations to bind that entity and to access and use the GBB Panel Platform and GBB Panel Services on its behalf; and (vi) your use of the GBB Panel Platform and GBB Panel Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing.

Please note that legal requirements in various countries may restrict the products and services that GBB Panel Operators can lawfully provide. Consequently, some products, services, or functionalities within the GBB Panel Platform may be unavailable or restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions, or to certain users. It is your responsibility to inform yourself about and adhere to any restrictions or requirements applicable to your access to and use of the GBB Panel Platform and GBB Panel Services from your country. GBB Panel Operators reserve the right to change, modify, or impose additional restrictions on access to and use of the GBB Panel Platform and/or GBB Panel Services at any time without prior notice.

c. User Identity Verification
By registering a GBB Panel account, you agree to provide any required personal information for identity verification. This information will be used to verify your identity, detect traces of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes through GBB Panel, or for other lawful purposes as outlined by GBB Panel. We will collect, use, and share this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition to providing the required information, you agree that we may retain a record of such information for the duration your account is active and for one (1) year after your account is closed, in compliance with global industry standards for data retention. You further authorize us to conduct necessary investigations—directly or through a third party—to verify your identity or to protect you and/or GBB Panel from financial crimes, such as fraud. The information required for identity verification may include, without limitation, your name, email address, contact information, phone number, username, government-issued ID, date of birth, and other details collected during account registration. When you provide this information, you confirm that it is true and accurate. AFTER REGISTRATION, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION REMAINS TRUE, COMPLETE, AND IS UPDATED PROMPTLY WHEN CHANGES OCCUR. SHOULD THERE BE ANY REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED IS INCORRECT, FALSE, OUTDATED, OR INCOMPLETE, GBB PANEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT only notify you to correct such information but also to directly delete the relevant data and, if necessary, terminate part or all of the GBB Panel Services provided to you. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU USING THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, YOU WILL BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY GBB PANEL AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, YOU AUTHORIZE GBB PANEL TO CONDUCT ANY INVESTIGATIONS GBB PANEL CONSIDERS NECESSARY, EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH THIRD PARTIES, TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY OR TO PROTECT YOU, OTHER USERS, AND/OR GBB PANEL FROM FRAUD OR OTHER FINANCIAL CRIMES. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO CREDIT BUREAUS AND AGENCIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF FRAUD OR FINANCIAL CRIME PREVENTION, WHO MAY RESOND FULLY TO OUR INVESTIGATIONS.

d. Account Usage Requirements
The GBB Panel Account is intended for use solely by the account registrant. GBB Panel reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel accounts if they are used by any person other than the registered account holder. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your username or password, you must notify GBB Panel immediately. GBB Panel shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the authorized or unauthorized use of your account by you or any third party.

e. Account Security
GBB Panel is committed to maintaining the security of User funds and has implemented industry-standard protections for its Services. However, individual user actions may introduce security risks. You agree to treat your access credentials (such as your username and password) as confidential information and not disclose them to any third party. You also agree to take all necessary steps to secure your GBB Panel Account and personal information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all transactions or orders placed through your GBB Panel Account. GBB Panel is not liable for any loss or consequences arising from the authorized or unauthorized use of your account credentials, including (but not limited to) any unintended disclosures, releases of information, or inadvertent acceptances or renewals of rules and agreements on the website.

By creating a GBB Panel Account, you agree that:
• You will immediately notify GBB Panel if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your GBB Panel Account or password, or any other security breach;
• You will strictly adhere to all security protocols, authentication procedures, and any other mechanisms or procedures established by GBB Panel concerning security, order placement, charging, service usage, and related activities; and
• You will take appropriate measures to log out from your GBB Panel Account at the end of each session.

4. Termination of Agreement

a. Suspension of GBB Panel Accounts  

You agree that GBB Panel shall have the right to immediately suspend your GBB Panel Account (and any accounts beneficially owned by related entities or affiliates), freeze or lock the funds in all such accounts, and suspend your access to GBB Panel for any reason, including if GBB Panel suspects any such accounts of violating these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws and regulations. You agree that GBB Panel shall not be liable to you for any permanent or temporary modification of your GBB Panel Account, or suspension or termination of your access to all or any portion of GBB Panel Services. GBB Panel reserves the right to retain and use the transaction data or any other information related to such GBB Panel Accounts. These account controls may also be applied in the following cases:

 • The GBB Panel Account is subject to a governmental proceeding, criminal investigation, or other pending litigation;  

 • We detect unusual activities in the GBB Panel Account;  

 • We detect unauthorized access to the GBB Panel Account;  

 • We are required to do so by a court order or directive from a regulatory or government authority.

b. Cancellation of GBB Panel Accounts  

In any of the following events, GBB Panel shall have the right to directly terminate these Terms by cancelling your GBB Panel Account, and shall have the right—but not the obligation—to permanently freeze (cancel) the authorizations of your GBB Panel Account on GBB Panel and withdraw the corresponding funds:

 • After GBB Panel terminates services to you;  

 • If you register, or attempt to register, in another person’s name as a GBB Panel User, directly or indirectly;  

 • If the information you provided is untruthful, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete;  

 • When these Terms are amended and you indicate your unwillingness to accept the amended Terms either by applying for cancellation of your GBB Panel Account or by other means;  

 • If you request that GBB Panel Services be terminated; and  

 • In any other circumstances where GBB Panel deems it appropriate to terminate GBB Panel Services.

Should your GBB Panel Account be terminated, the account and transactional information that meet data retention requirements will be securely stored for one (1) year. Additionally, if a transaction is unfinished at the time of account termination, GBB Panel reserves the right to notify your counterparty of the situation. You acknowledge that a user-initiated account exit will also be subject to the termination protocol stated above.

If GBB Panel is informed that any digital assets or funds held in your GBB Panel Account are stolen or otherwise not lawfully possessed by you, GBB Panel may, though is not obligated to, place an administrative hold on the affected funds and your GBB Panel Account. Should GBB Panel impose such an administrative hold on some or all of your funds or on your GBB Panel Account, it may maintain the hold until the dispute is resolved and satisfactory evidence of such resolution, in a form acceptable to GBB Panel, has been provided. GBB Panel will not involve itself in any such dispute or its resolution. You agree that GBB Panel will have no liability or responsibility for any such hold or your inability to withdraw digital assets or funds or execute orders during the period of any such hold.

c. Remaining Funds After GBB Panel Account Termination  

Once a GBB Panel Account is closed or withdrawn, all remaining account balance (including any charges and liabilities owed to GBB Panel) shall become immediately payable to GBB Panel. Upon payment of all outstanding charges to GBB Panel (if any), Users will have five (5) business days to withdraw all digital assets or funds from their account.

d. Remaining Funds After GBB Panel Account Termination Due to Fraud, Violation of Law, or Violation of These Terms  

GBB Panel maintains full custody of the digital assets, funds, and user data/information, which may be turned over to governmental authorities in the event that a GBB Panel Account is suspended or closed due to fraud investigations, investigations into violations of law, or breaches of these Terms.

e. Dormant Accounts  

Notwithstanding any provision in this Section, after six (6) months of inactivity, GBB Panel may provide written notice requiring you to reactivate your GBB Panel Account within a specified number of days as announced in the notice. If you fail to respond to the notice, GBB Panel may, at its absolute discretion and without further notice:

 • Deem your GBB Panel Account as dormant;  

 • Withdraw the balance of the dormant account (including any digital assets and funds) to the GBB Panel balance, subsequently closing and deleting the account so that order history and other account histories become untraceable;  

 • Once a dormant account is closed, you will not be able to reactivate it (i.e., you will need to register a new GBB Panel Account if you wish to continue using GBB Panel Services).

5. Compliance with Local Laws  

It is the responsibility of Users to comply with local laws regarding the legal use of GBB Panel Services in their jurisdiction, as well as all other applicable laws and regulations. Users must consider all aspects of taxation, withholding, collection, reporting, and remittance to the appropriate tax authorities as required by local laws. ALL USERS OF GBB PANEL SERVICES ACKNOWLEDGE AND DECLARE THAT THEIR FUNDS COME FROM LEGITIMATE SOURCES AND DO NOT ORIGINATE FROM ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. USERS AGREE THAT GBB PANEL MAY REQUIRE THEM TO PROVIDE OR COLLECT NECESSARY INFORMATION AND MATERIALS PURSUANT TO RELEVANT LAWS OR GOVERNMENT ORDERS TO VERIFY THE LEGALITY OF THE SOURCES AND USE OF THEIR FUNDS. GBB PANEL maintains a commitment to cooperating with law enforcement authorities globally and will not hesitate to seize, freeze, or terminate users' accounts and funds that are flagged or subject to investigation under legal mandates.

6. Support Conditions

a. Observance of Politeness and Mutual Respect in Tickets and Phone Calls  

GBB Panel is committed to ethical conduct and treating its customers with respect. GBB Panel employees are required to act courteously and respectfully when interacting with customers. If you experience any violation or poor treatment by GBB Panel employees, please notify management so that we can address the issue and ensure that customer rights are upheld.  

In addition, all customers are expected to be polite and respectful, even if they experience service problems or disruptions for any reason. Users should communicate in a respectful manner when submitting support tickets or during telephone interactions. Under no circumstances should they conduct themselves in a disrespectful or discourteous manner.  

In the event of any disrespect or abusive behavior on the part of a user, that user’s account may be blocked, and GBB Panel reserves the right to suspend all services for that user.

b. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events  

GBB Panel shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations during emergencies or events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, social unrest, explosions, strikes, governmental restrictions, and embargoes.  

However, in such cases, GBB Panel will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of these events. The occurrence of any emergency will not constitute a breach of these Terms by Users. Emergency situations that result in sanctions or make currency exchange impossible shall be treated as events of force majeure.
